Dried Yet began behind the bar.
We were tired of inconsistent garnishes, costly prep, and the waste that came with fresh fruit. We knew there had to be a better way.
So we set out to create something better — 100% real fruit, thoughtfully sourced and slowly dehydrated in Canton, Ohio to lock in color, aroma, and flavor. The result is a garnish that elevates every drink, every time.
Today, Dried Yet partners with bartenders, chefs, and hospitality teams — helping them deliver beautiful, consistent experiences with less effort and less waste.
