Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time
Every order is packed by hand in Canton, Ohio. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. The estimated delivery window is shown on every product page. Express shipping is available at checkout if you need it sooner.

Shipping rates

• Free Standard Shipping on orders of $45 or more.
• Standard Shipping: $8.00 on orders under $45.
• Express Shipping: $15.00.

Rates are shown and confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Order changes
Need to change or correct your order? Contact us within 24 hours of placing it and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost, late or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and a photo if something is damaged) and we'll make it right.
