Orange Blossom Spritz
A light gin spritz with orange liqueur, prosecco and soda water, finished with a Dried Yet. dehydrated orange slice.
Why orange fits this gin spritz
The Orange Blossom Spritz combines gin, orange liqueur, prosecco and soda water in a wine glass over ice. A Dried Yet. Orange Slice echoes the orange liqueur already in the build and gives the sparkling drink an easy visual finish.
Place the dried orange wheel against the inside of the glass or on the rim after topping with prosecco and soda. Adding the garnish last keeps it visible and avoids getting in the way while the drink is built.
Serving and presentation
This is a light, bubbly serve, so a single orange wheel is enough to finish the glass without crowding it. Keep the prosecco chilled and add the soda last, then garnish immediately before serving.
For brunch or a group service, keep the same measured gin and orange liqueur per drink and finish each glass with prosecco, soda and the orange slice. The garnish makes the orange cue clear even before the first sip.
